Thank you for shopping at Hvac Cool Supply. Your satisfaction matters to us — if something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
1 Returns
Because refrigerants are regulated products, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover all shipping fees
To start a return: Email us at support@hvacoolsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
2 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error
3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong product or one that arrived damaged? We'll fix it quickly.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@hvacoolsupply.com
- We'll either replace the item or issue a full refund — and cover all return shipping
4 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used refrigerant cylinders
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
