Thank you for shopping at Hvac Cool Supply. Your satisfaction matters to us — if something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

1 Returns

Because refrigerants are regulated products, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover all shipping fees
To start a return: Email us at support@hvacoolsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.

2 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error

3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong product or one that arrived damaged? We'll fix it quickly.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@hvacoolsupply.com
  • We'll either replace the item or issue a full refund — and cover all return shipping

4 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used refrigerant cylinders
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
